    I liked the quality of these chia seeds and the fact that they are so reasonably priced.
    Sprinkled on my morning museli or granola or cereal bowl.
    soaked them overnight in almond milk and oats to make thick and creamy overnight oats.
    Made chia seeds pudding by soaking them overnight in milk and added nuts and honey.
    It’s one of the super foods and I would highly recommend this product!

    A product is good and clean.. I have started to eat as written here for the result, I have no other knowledge about it. I have shorted of calcium and facing problem, Actually, I am vegetarian so I am trying to accumulate calcium from it.

    A little trick to swell up these seeds fast is, add hot water and keep on mixing. This hardly takes 2 minutes but if u want your chia pudding fast this is the way to go.
