  • Yes, quinoa can taste bitter due to the presence of saponin. The solution to prevent the bitter taste of quinoa is very simple – all you need to do is rinse your uncooked quinoa in cold running water for a minute or so until the water runs clear.

    The taste is natural and feels good to eat and digest- better than Dalia or any other cereal-has a slightly naturally sweet tinge!
    Cooking is easy- add 5 times water to the Quinoa quantity and boil till it is fully absorbed…stir occasionally,
    however it does not flow over and spill like the cream of Dalia & Oats when you leave them unattended.
    It might just slightly stick to the vessel base and burn if you do not stir.
    Nice stuff overall!
